If you would like to rent a mobility or other daily living aid then you can either visit us in store or contact us via phone or email. We also take advanced bookings.
Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer delivery of scooters or any other rental items besides delivery to Clínica Vintersol. We are happy to arrange an adapted taxi for you if required.
Please remember to bring your passport or ID when picking up the rental item, so we can take a copy.
Functional defects and parts in need of repair must be objected to immediately.
We require a deposit for all rental items, which will be refunded/ returned at the end of the rental period, assuming there is no damage.
Rental items have to be returned during MASOL’s opening hours. In some cases (if agreed at the time of pick up) or if you have to return the item unexpectedly outside our opening hours, the items can be returned at Clínica Vintersol, which is about 300 meters away from our shop.
Aids and equipment must be in a clean state when returned, otherwise we will charge a cleaning fee of 10€.
The deposit will be returned/ released once we were able to check the rental item for damages. Usually this happens immediately, if rental items are returned at Clínica Vintersol then this might take a day longer.
Repairs caused by improper handling of aids and equipment will be charged to the customer.
All scooters in MASOL are insured under our civil responsibility insurance. However, the insurance applies to damage of the scooters or damage that is caused by a technical fault in the scooter. In cases where the customer causes damage to a scooter, themselves or others, due to their own negligence, it is the customer that is liable.
